During my city trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel nestled in a serene forest setting on the Holterberg.The room, a cozy separate cottage, offered a tranquil retreat complete with modern amenities. The ample parking and proximity to the railway station made transportation a breeze. The delightful breakfast spread exceeded expectations, setting the perfect tone for a day of exploration. The hotel's restaurant showcased a culinary masterpiece with a 7-course "local taste" menu. Each dish, from the langoustine & short-rib to the innovative cucumber dessert, was a delight for the senses. The service was impeccable, complemented by a thoughtfully curated wine selection.my stay was a memorable experience, perfectly blending comfort, nature, and gastronomic indulgence.
